<p>Handle bulk hiring for BPO roles across multiple clients</p>

<p>Source candidates via job portals, databases, references, and social media</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Screen and interview candidates to assess job fit</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Eligibility & Skills</strong></p>

<p>Minimum 1 year experience in bulk hiring (BPO preferred)</p>
</li>

<p>Freshers with excellent English communication may apply</p>
