Responsibilities
✓ Handle outbound telesales for ICICI Lombard digital sales
✓ Engage with customers and explain insurance products
✓ Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
✓ Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions
Eligibility & Skills
✓ Minimum 6 months experience (sales background required)
✓ Relevant outbound sales experience letter required
✓ Excellent verbal communication skills
✓ Collection or customer service experience not accepted
Work Details
✓ Rotational shifts: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
✓ 5-day workweek with rotational week-offs
✓ Saturday & Sunday off not guaranteed
