Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through live chat.
- Provide accurate information to customers.
- Resolve customer issues through chat support.
- Maintain professional written communication.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Support customers in an international process.
Eligibility
- Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of chat experience is preferred for experienced candidates.
- Graduate freshers can also apply.
- Good written English communication is required.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with an international chat process.
