About This Work

This is international voice process work. You will talk with customers and solve their queries on call. Work is simple but needs very good English speaking. Along with English, one more language is required. This role is fully work from home and night shift based.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls
• Solve customer issues in simple way
• Maintain clear and polite communication
• Follow company process during calls

Language Requirement

Candidate must know English fluently. Along with English, any one language is required like Bengali, Nepali, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati or French. French language candidates can get higher salary but certification is needed.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Good English communication without MTI
• Comfortable with night shift
• Graduation not required

Salary Details

Freshers can get up to ₹30,000 in hand. Experienced candidates can get up to ₹39,000 in hand. French language candidates can get salary up to 10 LPA but B2 certification is mandatory.

Important Note

Back office candidates should not apply. Day shift preference candidates should also not apply. Only those who are comfortable with voice process and night shift should apply.
