Key Responsibilities & Work

• Handle international customer calls (voice process)
• Assist customers with onboarding and support queries
• Maintain professional communication with global clients
• Follow company call handling process and guidelines
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper resolution

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Good spoken English is required
• Basic communication and customer handling skills
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
