- Coordinate interviews and assist recruitment process
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and joining formalities
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee data
- Support employee engagement and HR documentation
Skills & Eligibilities
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate candidate
- Interest in HR Operations and Recruitment
- Basic knowledge of screening and interview coordination
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Sheets
- Good communication and teamwork skills
