Ishsys is looking for a performance-focused marketer who can generate qualified leads and sales through Meta Ads. The work will focus on Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
The candidate will work with real campaigns and budgets. Performance will be measured through qualified leads, sales, conversions and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and manage Meta ad campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for software products.
- Test audiences, creatives and offers.
- Reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
- Track leads, qualified leads, demos and sales.
- Work closely with the sales team.
- Optimise campaigns based on conversions and ROI.
Performance Measurement
Performance will be reviewed through:
- Ad Spend
- Leads
- Qualified Leads
- Sales
- ROI
The focus is on actual business results, not only lead volume.
Hiring Process
- 1 Month Trial: Performance evaluation with real campaigns.
- 3 Months Internship: ₹5K+ monthly stipend.
- Stipend growth will depend on performance.
- Candidates will work on real campaigns and budgets.
- After Internship: Full-time opportunity with salary up to ₹40K per month.
