Logistics Associate – ₹30K-₹40K – Import Export FMCG
Al Hassan Group is hiring a Logistics Associate for import and export operations.
The position involves shipment tracking, documentation, vendor coordination, and customs-related activities. Experience with FMCG or perishable goods is preferred.
Location: Jangpura
Salary: ₹30K - ₹40K per month

Responsibilities
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Verify packing lists and shipping labels.
- Prepare export and import documents.
- Maintain invoices, packing lists, and shipping records.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
- Coordinate with transporters and couriers.
- Liaise with Customs House Agents.
- Support customs clearance activities.
- Track warehouse and cold-storage inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and quality teams.
- Monitor shipment timelines and report delays.
- Maintain records for audits and compliance.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of import/export and logistics experience.
- FMCG or perishable goods experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin.
- Knowledge of LC and packing-list documentation.
- Understanding of customs procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
