Al Hassan Group is hiring a <strong>Logistics Associate</strong> for import and export operations.
The position involves shipment tracking, documentation, vendor coordination, and customs-related activities. Experience with FMCG or perishable goods is preferred.

<strong>Salary:</strong> ₹30K - ₹40K per month

<strong>Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Track incoming and outgoing shipments.</li>
<li>Verify packing lists and shipping labels.</li>
<li>Prepare export and import documents.</li>
<li>Maintain invoices, packing lists, and shipping records.</li>
<li>Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders.</li>
<li>Coordinate with transporters and couriers.</li>
<li>Liaise with Customs House Agents.</li>
<li>Support customs clearance activities.</li>
<li>Track warehouse and cold-storage inventory.</li>
<li>Coordinate with procurement, finance, and quality teams.</li>
<li>Monitor shipment timelines and report delays.</li>
<li>Maintain records for audits and compliance.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Requirements</strong>
<ul>
<li>Graduate in any discipline.</li>
<li>Diploma or certification in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.</li>
<li>3-5 years of import/export and logistics experience.</li>
<li>FMCG or perishable goods experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin.</li>
<li>Knowledge of LC and packing-list documentation.</li>
<li>Understanding of customs procedures.</li>
<li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work under deadlines.</li>
