Medsure is looking for a confident and target-oriented NEET UG Counsellor. The position involves guiding students and parents through MBBS and BDS admissions.

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Counsel NEET UG aspirants and parents.</li>
<li>Explain MBBS and BDS admission processes.</li>
<li>Understand NEET score, rank, category, domicile, and budget.</li>
<li>Understand student college preferences.</li>
<li>Explain MCC and State Counselling.</li>
<li>Explain AIQ, State Quota, and Deemed Universities.</li>
<li>Explain Private Medical College admission options.</li>
<li>Guide students through registration and choice filling.</li>
<li>Explain seat allotment, reporting, and documentation.</li>
<li>Analyse student profiles.</li>
<li>Suggest suitable college and course options.</li>
<li>Handle inbound and outbound calls.</li>
<li>Handle WhatsApp enquiries and digital leads.</li>
<li>Follow up with prospective students.</li>
<li>Maintain follow-up schedules.</li>
<li>Convert qualified leads into counselling clients.</li>
<li>Maintain student records in CRM or Excel.</li>
<li>Coordinate with counselling and operations teams.</li>
<li>Stay updated with NEET UG counselling information.</li>
<li>Meet calling, counselling, and conversion targets.</li>
<li>Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility Criteria</strong>
<ul>
<li>1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Freshers can apply with excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong Hindi and English communication skills.</li>
<li>Good counselling and convincing abilities.</li>
<li>Good negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Understanding of NEET UG admissions is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable speaking with students and parents.</li>
<li>Basic CRM and Excel knowledge.</li>
<li>Basic Google Workspace knowledge.</li>
<li>Good WhatsApp handling skills.</li>
<li>Self-motivated and disciplined.</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently from home.</li>
<li>Target-oriented approach is required.</li>
