About This Work

This role is for BPO / Non IT Recruiter. Work is fully from home. Main task is to hire candidates for BPO roles. This is good for people who already have some experience in recruitment.

Freshers are not allowed for this role. Minimum experience is required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Find candidates for BPO hiring
  • Screen profiles and shortlist candidates
  • Talk with candidates and explain job details
  • Coordinate till joining process
  • Maintain simple hiring records

Skills Required

  • Minimum 6 months recruiter experience in BPO
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic recruitment knowledge
  • Must have own laptop and WiFi
  • Ability to handle multiple candidates

Salary and Benefits

Salary starts from ₹7,000 to ₹15,000. Extra incentives are given on performance. Payment can be commission based also. Flexible work from home option is available.
