<p>This role is for <strong>BPO / Non IT Recruiter</strong>. Work is fully from home. Main task is to hire candidates for BPO roles. This is good for people who already have some experience in recruitment.</p>
<p>Freshers are <strong>not allowed</strong> for this role. Minimum experience is required.</p>

<li>Find candidates for <strong>BPO hiring</strong></li>
<li>Screen profiles and shortlist candidates</li>
<li>Talk with candidates and explain job details</li>
<li>Coordinate till joining process</li>
<li>Maintain simple hiring records</li>
</ul>
<h3><span><strong>Skills Required</strong></span></h3>

<li>Minimum <strong>6 months recruiter experience in BPO</strong></li>
<li>Good <strong>communication skills</strong></li>
<li>Basic <strong>recruitment knowledge</strong></li>
<li>Must have <strong>own laptop and WiFi</strong></li>
<li>Ability to handle <strong>multiple candidates</strong></li>
