✓ Calling or messaging leads to schedule service appointments
✓ Maintaining appointment calendar & updating CRM
✓ Coordinating with service teams for time slots
✓ Sending reminders & follow-ups to customers
Eligibility & Skills:
✓ Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
✓ Basic computer & smartphone handling
✓ Freshers can apply
✓ Must be comfortable with daily scheduling targets
