Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer queries via chat and email.
• Provide accurate information about products, returns, and refunds.
• Record and escalate complex issues to higher departments when necessary.
• Maintain daily report logs of interactions.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer problems.
Skills & Requirements:
• Good communication in English or Hindi.
• Basic computer and internet handling knowledge.
• Patience and ability to deal with customers politely.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
• Laptop/desktop and stable internet connection required.
