Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing updates on the company portal.

Handle basic customer support via email or chat.

Monitor stock and coordinate with suppliers for updates.

Review product feedback and report common issues to the team.

Ensure order accuracy and smooth processing in the backend system.
Skills & Requirements:

Basic computer handling and internet browsing knowledge.

Strong written communication for customer chat/email interaction.

Good time management and ability to handle multiple orders.
