Job Overview
We are looking for motivated OPT Recruiters to talk to potential candidates in the USA and guide them about IT job opportunities.
What You Will Do

Call students and working professionals in the USA every day

Find people looking for IT jobs or open to new opportunities

Keep a list of interested candidates

Explain why working with our consultancy is beneficial

Reach weekly targets for calls and conversions

Maintain records in Google Sheets or similar tools

Report daily progress to your manager
Skills and Requirements

Speak and write English well

Good at talking and convincing people

Can work night shifts (US time zone)

Laptop or desktop, smartphone, and stable WiFi needed

Work at least 8 hours per day

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or similar tools

Self-motivated and target-driven

Can achieve weekly goals
Preferred Skills

Experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or lead generation
