<strong>Position:</strong> Packaged Drinking Water Business Head
You will lead the full business. You will handle manufacturing, sales, distribution, and profitability. You will work closely with the promoters. The goal is to build a strong regional and national brand.
<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Build the business growth plan.</li>
<li>Set up and manage manufacturing operations.</li>
<li>Handle sourcing and vendor management.</li>
<li>Build the supply chain and distribution network.</li>
<li>Develop dealer, distributor, institutional, HoReCa, and retail sales.</li>
<li>Grow brand reach and market share.</li>
<li>Ensure BIS, FSSAI, and legal compliance.</li>
<li>Own the P&L and drive profit.</li>
<li>Lead and mentor teams.</li>
<li>Improve SOPs and quality systems.</li>
<li>Find new business opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility:</strong>
<ul>
<li>20+ years of experience in packaged drinking water or beverages.</li>
<li>Strong experience in manufacturing and distribution.</li>
<li>Good commercial and strategic leadership.</li>
<li>P&L ownership experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with leading beverage or FMCG companies is preferred.</li>
<li>Willingness to relocate to Katni, Madhya Pradesh.</li>
<li>Strong execution mindset.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Compensation:</strong>
The fixed salary is ₹3L per year. There is also a performance incentive of 5% of net profit. Total earning potential can go above ₹20L per year based on business results.
