Niftel Communications is hiring Part-Time Customer Support Executive for blended chat and voice support. This is a permanent work from home opening. Male candidates only can apply. English and Hindi both are required.

Job Work

This job is for customer support work from home. You will handle chat and voice queries. You need to give quick and clear answers. You should stay polite and professional while helping customers.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time remote job. The shift is rotational. Working hours are short but fixed.

  • 5.5 hours login daily
  • 6 working days
  • 1 rotational weekly off
  • Rotational shifts
  • Permanent WFH

System Requirements

Candidates must have the correct laptop setup. Desktop and MacBook are not accepted. Power backup is also needed.
