Key Responsibilities & Content Work

• Plan and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Create posts, reels, captions, and campaigns
• Develop content strategies based on business goals
• Maintain consistent brand voice and design
• Analyze performance and improve content results
• Stay updated with latest trends and suggest new ideas

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Experience in social media handling is mandatory
• Strong portfolio of previous work required
• Good understanding of audience engagement
• Basic design and video editing skills preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Malayalam / Hindi language is a plus
