Role Overview
This position is focused on production operations in a pharma manufacturing setup. You will handle line activities, documentation, and ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities & Work Area
- Supervise daily production activities as assigned
- Maintain proper storage and documentation as per standards
- Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines
- Handle batch processes, line clearance, and changeovers
- Manage rejection handling and waste disposal
- Maintain logbooks and batch records accurately
- Coordinate equipment maintenance
- Optimize manpower and production efficiency
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Qualification: B.Pharm
- 1–4 years of experience in pharma production
- Basic knowledge of cGMP and manufacturing processes
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
