<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist Delivery Manager in executing exam operations across multiple locations</li>
<li>Interface with local nodal officers, government officials, and field teams</li>
<li>Document operational logs, call recordings, incident reports, and system health updates</li>
<li>Coordinate troubleshooting for CCTV cameras, biometric terminals, VOIP gear, and other tech</li>
<li>Monitor live CCTV feeds and control room dashboards, escalate anomalies</li>
<li>Maintain SOPs for security, data confidentiality, and surveillance</li>
<li>Act as central communication link between field staff, officials, and internal teams</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements / Eligibility</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Graduate (any stream) or related fields</li>
<li>Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, adaptable, calm under pressure</li>
<li>Willing to perform fieldwork during exam cycles</li>
</ul>
