Key Responsibilities
- Assist Delivery Manager in executing exam operations across multiple locations
- Interface with local nodal officers, government officials, and field teams
- Document operational logs, call recordings, incident reports, and system health updates
- Coordinate troubleshooting for CCTV cameras, biometric terminals, VOIP gear, and other tech
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and control room dashboards, escalate anomalies
- Maintain SOPs for security, data confidentiality, and surveillance
- Act as central communication link between field staff, officials, and internal teams
Requirements / Eligibility
- Graduate (any stream) or related fields
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable, calm under pressure
- Willing to perform fieldwork during exam cycles
