Shift Details:

Night shift aligned with US time zones

Minimum 8 working hours per day
Role Duties:

Make daily outbound calls to students and professionals in the USA
-
Identify candidates looking for IT opportunities
-
Build and maintain database of interested candidates

Explain consultancy benefits and engage prospects
-
Achieve weekly outreach and conversion targets

Maintain records in Google Sheets or internal tools
-
Report daily progress to team lead or manager
Required Skills:
-
Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
-
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
-
Willing to work night shifts
-
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or similar tools

Self-motivated and target driven attitude

Ability to meet weekly performance goals
Preferred Background:

Experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or lead generation is a plus

Understanding of US IT job market is an advantage
