The Real Estate Mall India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Relationship Manager.
The position is based in Baner, Pune, Maharashtra. This is a full-time, on-site position.

The candidate will handle clients and support real estate sales.
Key responsibilities include:

<li>Build strong client relationships.</li>
<li>Understand customer requirements.</li>
<li>Recommend suitable real estate projects.</li>
<li>Conduct property site visits.</li>
<li>Follow up with leads.</li>
<li>Convert leads into sales.</li>
<li>Achieve monthly sales targets.</li>
<li>Coordinate with sales and CRM teams.</li>
<li>Maintain client and sales records.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Requirements</strong>
<ul>
<li>Graduate in any discipline.</li>
<li>2–3 months of relevant experience preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in real estate, sales, BFSI, insurance, or customer-facing sales is suitable.</li>
<li>Good communication and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Positive and target-oriented approach.</li>
<li>Immediate joiners are preferred.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Salary</strong>
The salary is ₹25K to ₹40K per month.
