Customer Support Executives are required for a multinational BPO company. This is a permanent Work From Home opportunity. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates must have good English and Kannada communication skills. A laptop or desktop with the required specifications and a stable internet connection are mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Voice Chat and Email.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines and processes.
Eligibility

- Good English and Kannada communication skills are required.
- Customer support or BPO experience is an added advantage.

- Windows 10 or above.
- Broadband or Wi-Fi with at least 50 Mbps speed.

Work Schedule
The company follows a 6-day work week. Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs are provided.
