StructLearn Pro is hiring a Growth & Community Manager for its fast-growing EdTech platform. The company helps civil engineering students learn structural design in a visual and practical way. This is a fully remote opportunity.

The company wants someone who can take ownership. This is not only a posting work. You will help grow the student community and support content activities.

The work includes content creation, student engagement, and college outreach. Candidates with civil or structural engineering background are preferred.

What you will do

• Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Facebook
• Talk with civil engineering students daily
• Reply to community messages
• Help inactive users rejoin the platform
• Contact colleges and student clubs
• Support outreach activities
• Track content performance
• Share weekly improvement ideas

The company wants someone who works independently. Good communication in English and Hinglish is important.

Requirements

• B.Tech or BE in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Final year students can also apply
• Good English and Hinglish writing
• Interest in helping engineering students
• Self-motivated personality
• Basic social media understanding

Good To Have

• Experience in engineering clubs
• Knowledge of IS 456 concepts
• Basic video editing knowledge
• Experience with CapCut or Reels
• Existing Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube content
