Work Timing

This is a night shift profile.

• Shift timing starts around 3 PM or 4 PM
• Shift ends around 2 AM
• Full time work from home

Job Work

Candidates will manage Amazon FBA shipment work and 3PL warehouse operations. The role includes coordination tracking reporting and inventory handling work.

• Manage Amazon FBA shipments
• Handle label creation
• Coordinate with Amazon FCs
• Manage inbound and outbound operations
• Track inventory and stock audits
• Coordinate with 3PL partners
• Handle dispatch and returns
• Monitor RTO rates
• Track SLA performance
• Maintain shipment reports

Skills Required

Candidates should understand ecommerce logistics and warehouse systems. Good communication and coordination skills are important.

• FBA shipment handling
• 3PL warehouse operations
• Inventory management
• RTO management
• Excel and Google Sheets
• Coordination skills
• Process management

Preferred Experience

Candidates with ecommerce or supply chain background will get preference.

• 1 to 3 years experience
• Ecommerce operations knowledge
• OMS experience
• EasyEcom knowledge
• Shopify understanding
• Supply chain operations

Responsibilities

• Solve shipment delays
• Resolve lost shipment issues
• Monitor warehouse performance
• Ensure inventory sync
• Maintain operational reports
• Support order processing
