Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end bulk hiring process

Conduct 80–120 telephonic screenings daily

Ensure minimum 3+ interviews and 1+ joining per day

Coordinate with candidates and clients for onboarding

Maintain strong follow-up to meet hiring targets
Skills & Eligibility:

MBA HR / MA HRM / MSW HR required

Excellent communication skills mandatory

Ability to work independently
