<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Perform PDF accessibility remediation</li>
<li>Work with PDF/UA standards</li>
<li>Test documents for WCAG 2.1 compliance</li>
<li>Test documents for WCAG 2.2 compliance</li>
<li>Follow Section 508 requirements</li>
<li>Follow ADA accessibility standards</li>
<li>Create and review alt text</li>
<li>Perform accessibility quality checks</li>
<li>Validate accessibility requirements</li>
<li>Test using JAWS</li>
<li>Test using NVDA</li>
<li>Test using VoiceOver</li>
<li>Prepare accessibility reports</li>
<li>Maintain project documentation</li>
</ul>
You will review digital documents and identify accessibility issues. You will help improve content for screen reader users. You will also prepare reports and support quality assurance activities.
<strong>Required Skills</strong>
<ul>
<li>4-5 years of accessibility experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of PDF accessibility</li>
<li>Knowledge of WCAG guidelines</li>
<li>Knowledge of Section 508 standards</li>
<li>Knowledge of ADA standards</li>
<li>Experience with accessibility testing</li>
<li>Experience with JAWS</li>
<li>Experience with NVDA</li>
<li>Experience with VoiceOver</li>
<li>Good documentation skills</li>
<li>Good reporting skills</li>
</ul>
Candidates should be able to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills will be helpful. Good communication skills will also be beneficial for this position.
