Job Overview
This is a sales-focused role where you will connect with landlords, generate leads, and close deals. It is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy sales and want international work exposure.
Key Responsibilities & Sales Work
- Perform daily outreach to landlords using provided tools
- Call and follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp
- Pitch property management and tenant services
- Close deals and generate revenue
- Manage lead pipeline and update records
- Handle tenant placement leads after training
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
- Sales or lead generation experience (preferred)
- Comfortable working night/overnight shifts (EST hours)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic computer knowledge
- Laptop and stable internet required
