<strong>What you will do</strong>
<ul>
<li>Conduct online spoken English sessions</li>
<li>Improve student fluency and pronunciation</li>
<li>Teach grammar and daily-use English</li>
<li>Encourage speaking practice and conversations</li>
<li>Give feedback to students</li>
<li>Prepare lesson plans and activities</li>
<li>Track student progress</li>
<li>Help students build confidence</li>
</ul>
The company wants trainers who can explain concepts in a simple way. Friendly communication is important.
<strong>Requirements</strong>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year experience preferred</li>
<li>Good spoken English skills</li>
<li>Strong grammar and pronunciation knowledge</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>Online teaching knowledge is a plus</li>
<li>Freshers with strong English can also apply</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required</li>
<li>Malayalam language required</li>
