Key Responsibilities:
- Review mortgage files.
- Do live underwriting work.
- Check income and documents.
- Handle US mortgage cases.
- Support post closing activities.
- Work on mortgage servicing tasks.
- Maintain underwriting quality.
- Follow company process and timelines.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Experience in live underwriting is required.
- Knowledge of 4 Cs is required.
- Experience in US mortgage work is preferred.
- Good understanding of residential mortgage files.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
