We are hiring a Sales & Customer Relationship Executive for a remote, full-time role. This position involves engaging with prospective clients, explaining services, and supporting customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective clients to introduce AdsDial’s services
Respond to inbound leads through messaging and calling channels
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into customers
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Work towards defined sales and performance goals
Eligibility Criteria:
Proficiency in Hindi is required; basic English communication skills are preferred
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred (0–2 years)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
Work Requirements:
This is a remote role open to candidates based in India
Candidates should have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal computer or smartphone
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 (based on skills and experience)
