We are seeking an experienced and certified SAP SuccessFactors Trainer to deliver comprehensive training sessions on the Sourcing and Employee Central modules. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise, practical knowledge, and excellent teaching skills to train professionals and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured training programs for SAP SuccessFactors Sourcing and Employee Central modules.
• Create training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, case studies, and user manuals.
• Conduct interactive live training sessions (online or in-person) and provide recorded content for self-paced learners.
• Tailor training to meet the needs of diverse learners, ranging from beginners to advanced users.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP updates and integrate them into training content.
• Assess trainees’ performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments.
• Provide post-training support to address queries and ensure effective implementation.
• Collaborate with organizations and training institutions for corporate training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Sourcing and Employee Central modules.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP SF implementation or training.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and SAP configurations related to Sourcing and Employee Central.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in training tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or SAP Learning Hub.
• Experience in creating engaging training content and using LMS platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in freelance training or corporate training.
• Knowledge of additional SAP SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
• Ability to customize training based on client needs.
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and training scope

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
