Boeing's <strong>Law and Global Compliance │Ethics</strong> organization seeks a <strong>Senior Site Compliance and Ethics Officer</strong> to support the <strong>El Segundo site</strong> and subsidiaries in Southern California, including Millennium Space Systems, Boeing Encore Interiors, and Spectrolab. The SCEO will focus on developing a culture of compliance, fostering transparency, and ensuring ethical accountability across the sites.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Lead with Integrity</strong>: Encourage open communication and a culture where employees feel empowered to speak up about compliance and ethics.</li>
<li><strong>Program Development</strong>: Design and implement compliance initiatives tailored to the El Segundo site and Southern California subsidiaries.</li>
<li><strong>Communication</strong>: Reinforce the importance of Boeing's Code of Conduct and ensure employees understand its relevance to their work.</li>
<li><strong>Risk Monitoring</strong>: Develop monitoring processes to detect and address potential ethics and compliance issues.</li>
<li><strong>Collaboration</strong>: Partner with site attorneys, HR, and leadership to address and mitigate localized compliance risks.</li>
<li><strong>Issue Resolution</strong>: Oversee the intake and resolution of compliance issues, maintaining confidentiality and thoroughness.</li>
<li><strong>Training and Support</strong>: Conduct training and provide guidance to employees across all levels, ensuring alignment with company values and compliance goals.</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<strong>Basic Qualifications (Required)</strong>:
<ul>
<li><strong>5+ years</strong> in ethics or compliance roles</li>
<li><strong>5+ years</strong> of cross-functional team experience</li>
<li><strong>Excellent communication skills</strong> for engaging leaders and staff</li>
<li><strong>Experience managing confidential information</strong></li>
</ul>
<strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>:
<ul>
<li>Background in a corporate ethics or government compliance department</li>
<li>Risk management experience in compliance assessments</li>
<li>Strong project management skills</li>
<li>Advanced degree (e.g., J.D., MBA, or relevant field)</li>
<li>Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred but not required)</li>
</ul>
<strong>Education/Experience</strong>:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree with <strong>15+ years</strong> of experience, or an equivalent combination of advanced education and work experience.</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Onsite Requirement</strong>: 100% onsite in El Segundo, with regular travel to other Southern California locations.</li>
<li><strong>Security Clearance</strong>: U.S. Top Secret Clearance required, with interim clearance post-start.</li>
