Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and calibrate medical devices like Syringe Pumps, Infusion Pumps, Blood & Fluid Warmers, Thalassemia Pumps
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance at customer sites
• Provide technical training and support to hospital staff
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and service updates
• Ensure minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction
• Travel within Surat for field service support

Eligibility & Skills:

• Freshers (0–1 year) and experienced candidates can apply
• Basic knowledge of electronics / mechanical systems
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel and work independently in the field
• Problem-solving attitude and interest in medical technology

Education:

• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electronics, Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Medical Laboratory Technician or related fields
