Job Overview/Description:
CHN Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls in the real estate sector. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, maintaining client records, scheduling site visits, and assisting the sales team to convert prospects into confirmed bookings. Strong communication skills, persuasion, and CRM knowledge are essential.
Responsibilities:

Call and follow up on inquiries from ads, website, walk-ins, and social media.

Enter and update leads accurately in CRM (Sell.do or equivalent).

Collect client details including budget, timeline, purpose, and funding type.

Schedule and confirm site visits; coordinate with the Sales Head.

Share project details via WhatsApp/email immediately after first contact.

Maintain structured follow-up cycles (D1, D3, D7, D15).

Present properties confidently, handle objections, and transfer qualified leads.

Prepare daily call summaries and report to Sales Head.

Build long-term client relationships through professional communication.
Skills & Requirements:

4–6 years experience in telecalling, real estate, or customer service.

Excellent English communication; Tamil required, Hindi optional.

Strong persuasion, follow-up, and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business).

Familiarity with real estate processes preferred.

Candidates based in Coimbatore preferred.
