Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel students about available courses and career options
• Communicate with students through calls, messages, and online inquiries
• Understand student interests and suggest suitable educational programs
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain proper records of student inquiries and interactions
• Explain course details, fees structure, and placement assistance
• Work towards admission targets and help increase enrollments

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong counselling and convincing ability
• Ability to convert leads into admissions
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable working with targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any stream
• 0–1 year experience in counselling, education, or sales
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
