Job Overview

This role is for guiding students who want to study in foreign countries. Work includes counselling students, helping with admission process, and supporting visa and documentation work. Main focus is to convert student inquiries into final enrollment.

Required Skills

• Good communication in English
• Counseling and convincing ability
• Time management and multitasking
• Basic knowledge of study abroad process
• CRM or student data handling skill

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years experience in study abroad consultancy preferred
• Freshers with good communication can also apply
• Knowledge of visa process is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students for study options in UK, Canada, Europe and others
• Explain universities, courses and eligibility clearly
• Help in application, SOP and document preparation
• Follow up with students through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins
• Convert inquiries into admissions
• Maintain student records in CRM system
• Support visa process and interview preparation
• Coordinate with international universities
• Take part in education fairs and seminars

Work Nature

This is a student counselling and sales support type job. Candidate should be active in communication and ready to handle targets and student queries daily.
