Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare students for visa and university interviews
  • Conduct mock and practice interview sessions
  • Guide students on common visa interview questions
  • Review student profiles and supporting documents
  • Provide feedback to improve confidence and communication
  • Explain embassy interview process and etiquette
  • Identify interview challenges and coach students
  • Coordinate with counsellors and documentation teams
  • Maintain records and track student progress

Skills & Eligibility

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of student visa interview process
  • Understanding of visa rules and embassy guidelines
  • Ability to train, guide, and motivate students
  • Attention to detail and record management
