Job Overview

This work is for recruiter profile. Main work is to hire candidates for BPO companies. You will search candidates and connect them with company. Work is simple if you already have little experience in recruitment. This role is not for freshers.

Work Responsibilities

• Find candidates for BPO hiring
• Talk to candidates and explain job details
• Share profiles to company
• Follow up with candidates
• Complete hiring process

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months experience in BPO recruitment
• Freshers are not allowed
• Basic communication skill required
• Should understand hiring process

Salary and Incentives

This is commission based work. You will earn per hiring. Daily, weekly and monthly incentives are available. After 1 month, fixed salary option can also be given based on performance.
