Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates through phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Schedule interviews with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.
- Support daily HR and hiring activities.
- Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
- Ability to work independently from home.
