<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Source candidates from job portals and social media.</li>
<li>Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.</li>
<li>Contact candidates through phone, email, or WhatsApp.</li>
<li>Schedule interviews with candidates.</li>
<li>Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.</li>
<li>Support daily HR and hiring activities.</li>
<li>Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility Criteria</strong>
<ul>
<li>Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields can apply.</li>
<li>Freshers are welcome.</li>
<li>Good communication skills.</li>
<li>Good coordination and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently from home.</li>
