Position: Talent Acquisition Recruiter
You will help hire candidates for different roles. You will work with job portals and communicate with applicants. This role is ideal for candidates starting a career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.
- Conduct telephonic screening.
- Explain job opportunities to candidates.
- Schedule interviews.
- Follow up until candidate joining.
- Maintain recruitment records.
- Coordinate with hiring managers.
- Share daily recruitment updates.
- Communicate through calls WhatsApp and email.
Eligibility:
- BBA or MBA is mandatory.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment is preferred.
- Laptop with stable internet connection.
- Active calling number.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Work Schedule:
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- 5.5 working days per week.
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.
- All Sundays off.
Salary Details:
Training stipend is ₹6K. After successful probation the salary will be ₹12K per month. Performance incentives are available from the first day for successful candidate joinings.
