<p>This role is for Technical Support Executive. Work will be related to handling client problems in ERP software and mobile application. Candidate will support users and solve technical issues in simple way.</p>
<h3><span><strong>Main Work</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle client queries on call and remote access</li>
<li>Support ERP software and mobile app issues</li>
<li>Work on basic SQL queries for troubleshooting</li>
<li>Do printing customization using VB6</li>
<li>Help in printer setup and basic IT problems</li>
<li>Track issues and follow up till solution</li>
</ul>
<h3><span><strong>Who Can Apply</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li>BSc IT / BCA or any IT related graduate</li>
<li>Fresher to 2 years experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of VB6 and basic SQL is required</li>
<li>Good communication and problem solving skills</li>
