About the Work

You will call new customers and leads. You will explain the company's services in simple words. You will help transporters and clients connect. You will also update load details in the system. Good communication and regular follow-up are important.

You will work with warehouse teams. You will coordinate with transporters. You will help ensure timely loading and unloading. You should also maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass
• Hindi speaking is mandatory
• Basic English communication
• Age below 27 years
• No career gaps
• Customer service skills preferred
• Sales or marketing knowledge is a plus

Salary and Incentives

The monthly salary is ₹10K to ₹20K. Extra incentives are also available based on performance.

• ₹5K after connecting the first vehicle
• ₹200 to ₹300 for each truck connected
• ₹10K for the first customer onboarding
• ₹3K for every additional onboarding
