  • Handle reservations through calls, email, and booking platforms
  • Provide clear information on prices, availability, and packages
  • Manage inquiries, booking updates, and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate booking records with professionalism

Eligibility & Skills

  • 12th pass minimum (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Basic computer & MS Office knowledge
  • Customer-friendly and detail-oriented
