Duties & Responsibilities
1. Customer Service:
- Assist customers in booking flight tickets, and providing information on available flights, schedules, and fares.
- Address customer inquiries, and concerns, and provide support throughout the booking process.
2. Reservation Systems:
- Use global distribution systems (GDS) to check flight availability, make reservations, and issue tickets.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is entered into the system.
3. Knowledge of Airline Policies:
- Stay informed about airline policies, rules, and regulations regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide information on baggage allowances, visa requirements, and other relevant details.
4. Itinerary Planning:
- Assist customers in planning multi-leg or complex itineraries based on their preferences and requirements.
- Provide options for connecting flights and layovers.
5. Payment Processing:
- Process payments for flight bookings and issue electronic or paper tickets.
6. Promotions and Up-selling:
- Promote and explain additional services such as travel insurance, seat upgrades, and other amenities.
- Offer information on any ongoing promotions or discounts.
7. Communication:
- Communicate with airlines to confirm bookings, resolve issues, and relay information to customers.
- Notify customers of any changes to their flights, delays, or cancellations.
8. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and customer interactions.
- Generate reports and updates for management as required.
9. Knowledge of Air Travel Regulations:
- Stay informed about international and domestic air travel regulations, including customs and immigration requirements.
10. Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve issues related to bookings, such as changes in travel plans, cancellations, or discrepancies in ticket information.
11. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the sales team or customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
12. Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on changes in airline procedures, new routes, and any developments in the travel industry.
Incentive: We will pay Profit incentive + Customer bonus + Sunday Allowance + Target Bonus
Experience : 0 to 5 Yr
Language Fluency : English, Malayalam, Hindi ( An Advantage)
