Key Responsibilities & Role Details
- Interact with customers via calls, email, and WhatsApp
- Understand travel requirements and suggest packages
- Create and pitch customized itineraries
- Follow up with leads and convert bookings
- Negotiate with hotels and vendors for best rates
- Maintain booking records and customer data
- Ensure a smooth travel experience for clients
Eligibility & Skills Required
- 1–3 years experience in selling tour packages
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism (preferred)
- Must be based in Siliguri, Kolkata, or nearby
- Own laptop required
