Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service queries for banking voice support
  • Manage inbound voice process for international customers
  • Provide resolutions with excellent communication standards
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines

Eligibility & Skills

  • Graduates (freshers) can apply; Undergraduates must have 6 months experience
  • Candidates must be from Delhi NCR only
  • Strong English communication skills required
  • Experience in International BPO/Voice/US/UK process preferred
