<p>This role is for managing and growing a B2B e-commerce website named Exalon.store. Work is mainly website handling, online sales growth, and generating business leads. Candidate should be active in execution and result driven work.</p>
<h3>Required Skills</h3>

<li>Website management knowledge (Shopify / WordPress / Custom platforms)</li>
<li>Basic digital marketing understanding</li>
<li>Lead generation skill</li>
<li>Good communication and follow-up ability</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<p>Website Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Handle product upload, pricing and category updates</li>
<li>Coordinate with developers for website launch and updates</li>
<li>Maintain UI/UX and mobile friendly performance</li>
<li>Manage banners, offers and landing pages</li>
</ul>
<p>Sales & Lead Generation</p>
<ul>
<li>Generate B2B leads using Google Ads, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries and convert into orders</li>
<li>Focus on advance payment based sales model</li>
</ul>
<p>Growth & Strategy</p>
<ul>
<li>Improve conversion rate of website</li>
<li>Analyze competitors like Vistaprint and Printo</li>
<li>Suggest new product and pricing ideas</li>
<li>Identify trending products for better sales</li>
</ul>
<p>Reporting Work</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain daily reports of leads and orders</li>
<li>Track website performance</li>
<li>Prepare basic MIS for online sales</li>
</ul>
<h3>Work Nature</h3>
<p>This is a full ownership role. Candidate should be ready to manage website and also bring business results. Work is fast and performance based.</p>
