About This Work

This work is for customer support profile. You will handle customer queries on call and chat. Work is simple but needs good English speaking. You have to understand customer problem and give proper solution. This role is fully work from home.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and live chat
• Ask correct questions to understand issue
• Solve customer problems in simple way
• Give clear and helpful answers
• Maintain good customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass can apply
• Good English communication skill
• Must have laptop with i5 processor
• WiFi connection and headset required
• Battery backup should be available
• Comfortable with rotational shifts

Work Details

This is permanent work from home role. Work timing is rotational. Good for freshers and experienced both. No charges are taken for job placement.
