Job Work

Candidates will handle customer support work through voice and chat process. Good communication and customer handling skills are important.

Work Timing

This profile follows rotational shifts. Candidates should be flexible with work timing.

• 9 hours shift
• Rotational shift
• 6 working days
• 1 rotational week off

System Requirements

Candidates must have proper work from home setup before applying.

• Laptop with i5 i7 or Ryzen processor
• 6th Gen or above
• Windows 10
• Minimum 8GB RAM
• USB headset
• Stable WiFi connection
• E Aadhaar accessible on laptop
