Work Responsibilities:

Handle AR calling process related to healthcare billing

Communicate with insurance companies for claim follow-ups

Manage denial cases and resolve claim issues

Understand client project requirements and follow process guidelines

Maintain proper records of claim status and follow-ups
Candidate Requirements:

1–4 years experience in AR Calling preferred
-
Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management
-
Understanding of denial management process
-
Good English communication skills
-
Ability to handle voice process and client communication
Additional Information:

Candidates must report to the Tirunelveli office for a 1-week transition period

After training, the role will shift to permanent Work From Home
